The LevelOne Speech Application Server (SAS) is SpeechCycle’s VoiceXML-based processing engine. SAS works with a VoiceXML-based browser by delivering all elements of a call flow while also managing data requirements from integrated systems and logging for reports.
SAS can be deployed within a SpeechCycle hosting environment, or work in a premise-based managed service model with supported VoiceXML platforms. Key features include:
