The LevelOne Call Traffic Controller is used by the SpeechCycle network operations team to route high volume traffic to ensure optimal load balancing between LevelOne Speech Application Servers (SAS) and the Voice Browser/IVR platform.

A notable feature of the Call traffic Controller is the ability to dynamically configure call volume for SpeechCycle’s Contender tool. Contender allows multiple prompts for the same point in a dialog to be compared to each other from a statistically significant range of callers.
