SpeechCycle’s LevelOne DSL Agent is a Rich Phone Application designed to solve problems with DSL service. The DSL Agent engages callers with exceptionally interactive voice recognition dialog enabled by integration to enterprise systems. It is capable of uniquely reacting to caller input as well as triggering corrective action. SpeechCycle’s interactive dialogs then work with callers to diagnose a problem, step the caller through procedures, or initiate corrective action where applicable.
LevelOne DSL Agent:
- Assessment –Automatically gathers session data such as modem speed, bit rate up/down, Remote View On Port, Last synch, and Interface Status.
- Modem Page Assistance – Provides interactive guidance for modem configuration screens on the caller’s PC for a variety of modem vendors.
- Modem Lights – Verify modem light patterns with what the caller sees and evaluates connection status.
- Beyond the Modem – Interactively evaluate presence of line filters, adapters, length of RJ-11 cables, and presence of home base alarms, routers, and PC configuration.
- Corrective Action – Can reset the modem IP address and synchronize modem with the DSLAM.
