SpeechCycle Names L. Mario Mascioli to Lead Worldwide Sales and Channels
Software and SaaS Veteran Tapped to Drive Top-Line Growth
NEW YORK, NY – May 12, 2010 – SpeechCycle Inc., the leading provider of Rich Phone Applications (RPAs), has appointed L. Mario Mascioli as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Channels. Mascioli will lead the expansion of SpeechCycle’s partner network and drive Software as a Service (SaaS) and on-premise sales worldwide.

Mascioli brings 25 years of experience in rapidly growing direct and channel sales in the enterprise software and SaaS industries to SpeechCycle. Most recently he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Internet Capital Group, a leading technology holding company in the on-demand Internet software and services market. Previously, Mascioli was Managing General Partner at Raven Group LLC where he focused on accelerating business growth through the delivery of strategic sales and marketing expertise. Mascioli also spent over 10 years directing sales, channel and professional services teams in the communications sector, enterprise and SMB units at Microsoft Corporation and held senior level sales and marketing positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Drexel University.
